TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any goods from this site. If you purchase an item you are agreeing to bind by these terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must provide all information requested during the ordering process- failure to do so may delay your order. Confirmation that your order has been received will be sent to you via email.Once submitted your order cannot be cancelled.
We accept Cheques, Paypal, Credit Card payments and Postal orders. You must provide us with your exact billing address , email address, telephone number and full card details and any other information specified during the ordering procedure. If the order details do not match the cardholders details, the transaction will not be accepted.
You may telephone us between 10-5 Monday to Saturday if you prefer to provide your credit/debit card details over the telephone.

The price specified on the website is not negotiable and if purchasing an item you are agreeing to pay that price. If payment is not confirmed you will be notified by email.
All prices stipulated are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges. These costs will be notified prior to order completion.
Cancellation due to error or unavailability
You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions products may be listed at an incorrect price with incorrect information or products may be unavailable due to error or oversight on our part. In these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the transaction even if it has been confirmed and you have been charged. If payment is taken we will contact you via email or telephone to arrange a refund to you for the amount taken.
Goods will usually be despatched within 1-5 working days after the order has been confirmed and payment received. If for any reason we expect there to be a delay in despatch we will contact you via email.
If goods are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery the parcel will require a signature on receipt.
We shall not be liable for any losses, costs or damage due to a delay in delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN THOUGH GOODS ARE SENT ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY THERE MAY BE DELAYS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. ROYAL MAIL STIPULATE THAT WE HAVE TO LEAVE 15 WORKING DAYS BEFORE A PARCEL IS DEEMED LOST AND THEREFORE WE CANNOT ATTEMPT TO LOCATE YOUR PARCEL BEFORE 15 WORKING DAYS HAVE ELAPSED.
If there is any damage to goods during transit you should notify us via email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Goods should be checked immediately upon receipt.
If goods are faulty / damaged we will offer a refund or repair. Contact us within 5 days if goods are faulty or damaged. You will be required to bear the cost of postage to return.
If goods do not fit we will offer a replacement size. If a refund is required you must notify us within 5 days to obtain a refund number and returns address and then return the goods in the original packaging where appropriate. You will be required to bear the postage costs and will need to provide receipt of postage to replace returned items.Any loss of goods during return postage to ourselves is your responsibility we therefore advise return by recorded delivery. No goods will be replaced until we have received the returned item
We cannot /do not offer refunds on Helmets and other headwear due to Health Regulations. Your statutory rights are unaffected and faulty goods can be returned to us.
Novelty Helmets are not designed to be worn for head protection and should not be worn for such a purpose. We shall not be held liable for any accidents arising from unsafe practices or for using the helmet for the purpose for which it was / is not designed to be used.
All D.O.T. Helmets sold on this website have been purchased by ourselves from US suppliers as US Department of Transport approved. HOWEVER it is YOUR responsibility to check with current law for the DOT helmet's safe use in the UK. We give no guarantee of the safety standards of the DOT helmets.
Unfortunately no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. We strive to ensure that information transmitted to us during the process is secure, however any information you transmit to us, including your credit card details, are at your own risk.
Once credit card details have been used to take payment we do not store these details and they are deleted from our records.
We do not use information supplied to us for the processing of an order for any other means other than to complete the order. We do not share your information with any other parties that are not involved with the completion of your order from Lowriders Online store.
Please note that if your placing and international order there will be extra postage and you will have to contact us first before placing your order.
